What is the return policy?

When will I get my order?
Our first round of merch will take 10-20 business days to receive.
We will process your order as soon as possible.
Once your order is marked as Ready for Pick Up, you will receive an email with further information.
Where do I pick up my order?
While we are getting set up, Swag purchases will be available for pick up at our Head Office Front Reception Desk every Thursday, from 12:15-2:15pm.
**Please ensure that you have your Order Confirmation email with you at pick up.**
Do you ship?
We are not currently shipping products.
Please rest assured that we will periodically be sending bulk deliveries to the GTA. Please note 'GTA' in the Special Instructions field at checkout.
When at Head Office, our SPMs will be authorized to pick up orders to bring back to site for distribution.
**If you would like your order to be picked up by your SPM, please include a note in the Special Instructions field at checkout specifying the destination site.**
